When should I order?
For the orders usually take 18 - 25 business days for tailoring and delivery from us to the customer, so please place your order as far as in advance of your wedding date as possible. By doing so, you will allow ample time for production and shipping. It also affords you a comfortable time frame to accommodate any alterations if necessary.

How long is shipping from your location to me?
It usually takes our dressmakers 15 - 17 working days to finish your dresses. And the delivery time is between 3 - 8 days to all major destinations. That is to say, most of our customers will get their orders in 18 - 25 working days after they pay for it. The exact shipping time is based on the shipping company (EMS, DHL, and TNT) standard.

How do I order?
The most convenient and safest way is to order online. Orders can be placed on our website using our secure online order form which allows you to make your payment online. We do not accept phone or email orders at present.

How do I decide what size to order?
Before selecting your size, we strongly suggest reviewing the information in how to measure.
You can measure yourself according to the method provided in the Measurements Guide, and our dressmakers will customize for you according to the exact data you offered to us. Or you can choose from our size charts in the Size Guide.
Customers are responsible for the right size and instyleweddingdress.com cannot assume any responsibility for measurements.

Do you have rush order service？
Yes. We can provide rush order service (10 days rush order), the mean processing time is 10 days and the mean shipping time is 3-5 days. You need to pay extra 50 U.S. dollars for this service.

Do you have Custom Alterations Service?
Yes. We offer services on making special changes to couture gowns such as changing the shape of the neckline、the color of belt or altering a Strap, The cost is up to $10 per adjustment. You need to order additional Custom Alterations service.

Is there a charge for sales tax?
There is no charge for sales tax on all orders shipped outside from instyleweddingdress.com.

Do you ship outside the U.S.?
We ship to EURO, UK, US, CA and Worldwide through EMS, DHL or TNT. Please be aware that we will ship all items as "Gifts" or "Samples" to avoid fees imposed by customs, but the customers will be fully responsible for similar fees if there is any.

Can I make the dress from my own pattern?
If you have a dress pattern that you would like to have made, please contact us via email at instyleweddingdress@gmail.com. You need to supply us with your exact measurements and specify the color that you would like the dress to be made in. We will request that you send the pattern to us in the post. After assessing the amount of work involved and the material that is required, we would then be able to give you a quote.

I placed an order, can I cancel it?
You are able to cancel your order within 24 hours free of charge. Due to all our dresses are custom-made for you, orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a handling fee equaling 50% of the item price. (If ordered rush order service, the $50 service fee will not be refunded).You can’t cancel your order after the dresses have been shipped.

How will I be notified of my order status?
Once your order is shipped from our factory, we will send you a shipping confirmation email to the email address you provided to us. You can track the state of your order online using the tracking number in the Email.
